OUR TRAINERS
Coach Dickerson
– was a 1000 point scorer for Julia R Masterman High School in Phila, PA. After high school he attended Kings College and was named Division III Newcomer of the year and all time leading scorer {2,059 pts). He played three years of professional basketball overseas. He is now the owner of Signal 5 fitness and has been coaching and training players for over 8 years.
Coach Majors
– was a high school varsity starter for Harrisburg High School. He continued to play at the collegiate level as a 4-year varsity starting point guard. When his career ended his love for basketball led him to coaching at Penn State University Harrisburg Campus. After college he had an amazing experience playing with the Harlem Globetrotters for 2 years. He is the founder and owner of Major Prep Training Academy and is one of the most sought-after professional trainers in Central PA for players of all skill levels.
Coach Lew
– was a high school varsity starter for Harrisburg High School. He was a Patriot News Big15 player his senior year. After his playing career he began coaching at the Middle School level and then moving all the way up to the college level. He is passionate about the game of basketball but even more passionate about utilizing the game to Impact, Empower, and Encourage young people’s lives through his Hard2Guard program.
Coach Nashon
– played for one of the top high school basketball programs in Pennsylvania history, Williamsport Millionaires. He earned defensive player of the year for 2 consecutive years. He later went on to play basketball at Penn College of Technology, where he averaged 20pts, 10rbs, and 3stls. Coach Nashon has over 20 + years of mentoring, coaching, and teaching experience. He is the founder of A2D Elite Girls basketball academy and also RISE Sports HD.
Coach Kenne
- was a 2 year high school varsity shooting guard at the historical Germantown High School in Philadelphia, PA. After graduating high school, he went on to play basketball at Burlington County Community College in New Jersey where he finished his career with over 1900 points and was named a two-time member of the “All Garden State Athletic Conference” team. Having over 20 years of playing and coaching experience, he is focused on developing the youth in the Harrisburg area. His main goal is to teach any kid that is willing to learn.
